A graduate from Cornell University, Ms. Chall holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Global & Public Health, with double minors in Policy Analysis & Management and Inequalities Studies. While at Cornell, Morgan was a 4-year varsity gymnast, ECAC champion, two-time Ivy League champion, ECAC scholar-athlete, three-time Dean's List recipient, two-time President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), founder of the Cornell Athletics Don’t Bear It Alone mental health campaign, founder of the Nellies Cornell Athletics Awards Show, member of the Big Red Leadership Institute, and campus facilitator for the One Love Foundation

Ms. Chall served as the Ivy League student-athlete representative to the NCAA Division I SAAC from 2018-2020, chaired the DI SAAC Subcommittee on Education, was the DI student-athlete representative to both the NCAA Committee on Academics and the 2018 NCAA Summit on Pain Management in the Collegiate Athlete. 

Ms. Chall served as Chairwoman of Division I SAAC from 2019-2020. As Chairwoman, Ms. Chall represented 176,200 Division I student-athletes in the NCAA governance process, providing an explicit stance on NCAA matters and legislation as the vote and voice of DI student-athletes. She served as the committee speaking agent to the media and outside organizations, facilitated Division I SAAC meetings, created official subcommittees, authored public statements on behalf of the group, and sat on the NCAA Board of Directors and Board Administrative Committee. At the request of the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, Ms. Chall authored a 16-page response on behalf of DI SAAC to assist in the Senate Committee’s review of potential name, image, and likeness federal legislation. 

After college, Ms. Chall worked at her alma mater in a one-year Public Health Fellowship, where she promoted and delivered innovative strategies to address college student mental health, substance abuse, sexual violence, and hazing. She sat on the Sexual Wellness Advisory Group, and the Student-Athlete Mental Health Committee as an employee of the university, a group which was created as a result of the mental health campaign she founded as a student. 

Ms. Chall currently studies at Columbia University, where she is receiving her Master’s in Sports Management degree. At Columbia, Ms. Chall is the Sports Management student representative to SPS Student Government, and the Co-President of the Women's Sports Collective. 

Ms. Chall recently founded Chall Sports Consulting LLC to work with intercollegiate athletics administrators, current and future athletes, and businesses to support and improve the collegiate student-athlete experience and well-being on campuses.
