Ric Hepburn has over a decade of experience providing middle market companies with a broad range of merger and acquisition advisory services. He has successfully helped owners, shareholders and principals negotiate the proper capital and deal structures to achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
Prior to joining Diamond, Ric was Managing Partner at a boutique merger and acquisition advisory firm, where he was involved in valuations, leading deal teams and executing transactions. He has completed 15+ transactions as a sell-side advisor. Before starting his professional career, Ric attended college on a basketball scholarship. His leadership qualities and driven personality earned him Team Captain, as well as, First Team All-New England Honors. He went on to play professional basketball in The Netherlands.
Ric brings significant transactional experience in healthcare and related fields to the firm. His in-depth knowledge provides a unique unobstructed view of the healthcare market. Ric was instrumental in serving as sell-side advisor to Grace Harbour, Inc. which was acquired by ncgCare. He was also the lead advisor to Eldercare Systems, Inc. which was acquired by Bluebird Homecare.
Ric studied finance and accounting at Penn State and holds a series 79 with FINRA.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Ric has a soft spot for small business and is always looking for opportunities to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and attending live events.
