We've got an incredible speaker coming up for change-makers like you. Join us for this powerful conversation with world-renowned social entrepreneur Paul Duan. The innovative Founder of technology nonprofit Bayes Impact, Paul is leveraging data and Artificial Intelligence to solve today's biggest social impact challenges.

“I believe technology should be used to help improve the lives of those who need it most.”

Innovative world-changer Paul Duan is using technology to solve some of the world’s biggest problems. Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and the youngest Ashoka Fellow in France’s history, Paul founded Bayes Impact in 2014. Bayes Impact was one of the first nonprofits to be admitted to Y Combinator, one of Silicon Valley’s most prestigious technology incubators.

Since then, Paul and his team have been responsible for world-changing impacts ranging from:

  • Helping 210,000+ people in France return to work with Bob, an online and opensource platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide data-driven, personalized advice to unemployed individuals
  • Working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to improve employment opportunities and occupational training for 21 million veterans
  • Decreasing microcredit fraud to Ghanian entrepreneurs by 30%
  • Rebuilding trust in American police in partnership with the California Department of Justice, collecting police use-of-force data from more than 800 police agencies

Paul’s innovative work has been recognized and backed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and in 2018 he won Humanitarian of the Year at the MIT Innovators Under 35 Europe summit.

But Paul’s impact reaches far beyond his accolades. As author of the Citizen-led Public Service Manifesto, Paul envisions a world in which society’s injustices are solved using services designed for citizens, by citizens. He’s encouraging governments to recognize entrepreneurial projects benefiting society and to provide funding and access to data and distribution networks to make them happen.

Not only is Paul using technology to revolutionize the way we solve social problems, but he’s empowering people around the world to do the same.

Don’t miss this opportunity to be inspired by one of today’s brightest innovators for good.
