JUSTIN GIMELSTOB is the President of FBR Group, where he leads an exceptional team with expertise in every facet of the insurance industry. FBR works with clients in order to best understand their specific needs and objectives. They then create a plan aligning them with the correlating financial products in order to maximize their assets while mitigating their risk. After achieving the #1 ranking in singles and doubles in tennis at UCLA, Justin turned professional in 1996. In 1998, he won the Australian Open and French Open Mixed Doubles Championships with Venus Williams. He represented the USA in the Davis Cup in 1998 and 2001. He also competed on the ATP Tour for thirteen years, winning 17 Doubles titles and achieving career high rankings of #63 in singles and #18 in doubles. Justin had wins against many of the best players in the sport, including Andre Agassi, Pat Rafter, Lleyton Hewitt, Gustavo Kuerten, and Michael Chang.
Justin retired in 2007 after losing his final match at the US OPEN against his good friend, Andy Roddick. He immediately transitioned to every facet of sports business, including broadcasting, production, talent representation and brand management. Since 2014, he has coached and mentored the number one ranked American tennis player, John Isner, helping him achieve a career-high world ranking of #8 and reaching the 2018 Wimbledon semifinal and 2018 US OPEN quarterfinal.

Nicole is the host of PRfect Pitch, a PR-focused radio show that’s geared towards helping PR, marketing and media professionals step up their game by incorporating best practices and developing better relationships. Nicole is a contributor to Forbes and The HYPE Magazine, and her tips and insights have been published on popular websites and blogs such as PR Daily, PR News, Adweek’s PR Newser, SpinSucks.com, Rescue A CEO, The PR Closet, NutsPR, The Neon Notebook, and more. She’s also been a guest on Jus My Style Radio, Gridiron Beauties, Women Entrepreneurs Radio, Today in Marketing, and Business Rockstars Radio as an expert in publicity and social media marketing.
Nicole is a member of the Forbes Agency Council, an invitation-only community for executives in successful public relations, media strategy, creative and advertising agencies. She is one of eight hand-selected board members for The Organization of American Women in Public Relations (Women in PR USA), and is also a board member for Fremont College.
In 2017, Nicole launched NRPR Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program: Make It Happen. Make It Happen is an ongoing program that started with a speaking tour for Nicole, where she visited various Los Angeles and Bay Area schools to talk with students about setting goals, building their personal brands, and persevering through life’s ups and downs. For all of her hard work, dedication and commitment to the betterment of her industry and those around her, Nicole has been chosen as one of PR News’ Top 50 Game Changers in Public Relations, an honor that solidifies her place as one of the leading PR professionals of her time.
Nicole takes great pride in being a former NFL cheerleader, spending many years cheering for the famed Oakland Raiders. She continues to cheer on her “new team” at NRPR and is a graduate from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations.
