More than 40 years specializing in corporate and small to mid-size business general counsel transactions including entrepreneurial start-ups, financing, private and public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, sale and disposition, partnership and employee agreements and other activities. Have worked with a wide variety of businesses, of all sizes, from throughout the United States and some international projects.

Providing general counsel to small to mid-size businesses in various debt and equity financing, acquisition and other transactions and the creation, maintenance and termination of various relationships both within such businesses and between those businesses and third parties. Marshalling the expertise of other members of Parker, Milliken (e.g. employment and environmental law specialists and litigators et al.) for the benefit of those businesses.

Business planning and establishment. Have represented issuers and underwriters in scores of public offerings. Have represented buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in transactions ranging from $1,000,000 to $500,000,000.
