More than 45 years experience, originally in New Your City and now in California, specializing in providing general and transactional business advice and counsel. Have worked with a wide variety of businesses, of all sizes and in many industries, throughout the United States and on some international projects.

Provide general and transactional counsel to businesses in various debt and equity financings, acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, and other corporate transactions, as well as in licensing transactions, business formations, employment relationships, compensation plans and the creation, maintenance, and termination of various relationships both within such businesses and between those businesses and third parties. In the process, marshall the expertise of other members of Parker, Milliken (e.g. tax, employment, and environmental law specialists and litigators et al.) for the benefit of those businesses.

Adjunct professor of Business Planning and Securities Regulation at Southwestern Law School for over 20 years and of Securities Regulation at University of Southern California's Gould School of Law for 2 years.
