Justin Blaine

Used to pitch baseballs, now I'm pitching companies to acquire our clients.

Retired baseballer. Active father, husband, son, teammate. Making progress each day. When I'm not enjoying my family and AthletesTouch, I'm helping private companies understand their value and telling the story that makes a buyer or seller engage.

Soft surfboards to manufacturing fuel-efficient kits on planes. Educational software solutions to commercial chain link fences. Those examples sum up the diversity of our client base. The process of valuing and selling a business is typically very similar, even when results may be very different. We work with owners looking to exit or acquire other companies to grow. $10 million to $200 million in revenue.

  • Wall Street’s Endangered Species: The College Jock

    Member: Justin Blaine (Co-Founder)

Great article discussing the transition in Financial Institutions to more Artificial Intelligence and how former athletes are seeing a shift in opportunities out of college. However, "They say the core attributes needed to make multimillion-dollar bets are discipline and quick thinking—two traits honed by sports. They argue those skills are still invaluable in the corporate bond market, where banks and other intermediaries take chances every time they hold securities as they look to match buyers with sellers. This is especially true in moments when prices swing violently." Check out the full article by clicking on the following: WSJ Article LINK
